Ernest Gottlieb Sihler

Ernest Gottlieb Sihler 1853-1942 was a Professor of Classics at New York University. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he was the son of Lutheran missionary Wilhelm Sihler and great-uncle to Andrew Sihler.
