This article has been proposed for deletion with the following reason:

Non-notable creator of a non-notable webcomic without enough material to warrant his own article.

The proposal message "may be removed if you improve the article, or if you otherwise object to deletion of the article for any reason". I'm removing it as I believe Schwartz is sufficiently notable, with the following evidence:

• Schwartz won a Web Cartoonist's Choice Awards in 2001 (Best Romantic Comic) and has been nominated in other years
• Schwartz' comics were serialised in Amiga Format (at the time having about 100,000 readers)
• Schwartz was interviewed by several Amiga magazines (the CU Amiga Magazine interview is available online [1])
• Schwartz has his own subcategory - pix/eric - at Aminet [2]

That said, the article is currently of a rather poor quality. I'll try to track down some other interviews and articles on him and improve it a bit. --Safalra 21:25, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
