Erin Hawksworth

Erin Hawksworth is an American sportscaster, currently working for ABC's Dallas affiliate WFAA-TV. Before WFAA, she worked for KJCT in Grand Junction, Colorado. She also worked for NBC, covering the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece, and was an intern in the sports department at KPNX in Phoenix, Arizona.

Erin was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, but grew up in Sammamish, Washington. Her younger brother Blake is a pitcher in the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Her grandfather is the Chairman of the Vancouver Organizing Committee Board of Directors for the 2010 Winter Olympics.

Erin graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. She attended both Skyline High School and Eastlake High in Sammamish.
