Eric is a mixed martial artist currently residing in Brea, California.

Sensei Paulson is the first American to win the World Shooto Title in Japan - a title he defended for 5 years. Starting with Judo in 1974, Erik Paulson has trained in many desciplines including Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, JKD, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, studying first with Rorion Gracie in his garage in 1989. He has studied with 40 different teachers over his 30 years of training and has a wealth of information to share. He is an excellent instructor - his seminars are tremendously informative and exhausting! He will work striking, clinching, and submissions.
