Erica Baxter is an Australian singer and model. She released her debut single, "I Spy" on October 14 2006 through SonyBMG. Her debut album "Through My Eyes" is set to be released in later this year (2007).

Her engagement to James Packer was announced on December 27, 2006. The couple have been dating since 2002.

In 2001 Baxter released a single with dance act, 040 entitled "Dreams" in Australia and the United Kingdom.

In 2006 it was announced that Baxter had signed with Sony BMG was releasing her debut single, "I Spy" on October 14, 2006. The single was written by English singer, Natasha Bedingfield. The single debuted at #72 on the charts spending only two weeks in the Top 100 and peaking at #57. Although the song managed to peak at #37 on the Physical Singles Chart.

2007 is set to see the release of her debut album, "Through My Eyes".

Baxter was to have a cover of The Pretenders, "I'll Stand By You" on the "Home: Songs Of Hope & Journey" album although for unknown reasons, her version never made the final cut.
