Eric Zane (Eric Zeitunian) is a very popular radio talk show host for the Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show syndicated in the East, Southeast and Midwest of the United States and centered in Grand Rapids, MI at 97.9 FM WGRD.

Zane, as he is referred to on air, participates in the popular weekly bit "Dumber than Zane" where callers go head to head in trivia against the "angry Armenian" for $250 that accumulates from week to week each time Zane wins. This value was increased from $100 on October 30th, 2006 with the sponsorship of CAT Footwear. Players now also receive a free pair of CAT shoes whether they win or lose.

Zane also does the PA Pranks wherein he makes prank phone calls to stores to get a silly name paged and records the name from the PA system in the store to be played later on air. He is often referred to as a "Lil` Fella" because of his short stature.

Because of his years as a disc jockey, Zane is very familiar with popular music. As a result, he usually dominates the "Name That Tune" segment every week, often naming a song after hearing only a few seconds of the introduction.

Zane is also known for frequently "banning" callers who anger him on the show. These "bans" are not intended to prevent the listener from calling the show; rather, Zane forbids the caller from listening to the radio show for a given period of time. Many of these bans are the result of the caller making a lame joke about the hosts or an inappropriate joke about Zane's wife.

On Friday, August 04, 2006, Zane revealed a video from 1990 showing him in a "male pageant." It is one of the most popular videos on the Free Beer & Hot Wings Morning Show website. Because of his participation in the contest, he is alternately known as "Mr. Ten", which is derived from the name of the pageant.

On Sunday, October 29, 2006, Zane ran in the Detroit Marathon and finished #2438 with a finish time of 4:32:48. His run was sponsored by listeners, who raised over $62,000 for ataxia telangiectasia research. Because of the overwhelming response from listeners, he now has a tattoo reading "I'm Mr. Ten" and featuring a picture of him from the Mr. Ten pageant.

Zane's father, who sells insurance but cannot calculate 10% of 100. He has also gotten into a rake fight with a gas station attendant, tried to knock over a tree by ramming it with his pickup truck, and started a brawl at a family wedding.
Zane's brother, Pushup Paul. Pushup Paul until recently worked as a golf course attendant and enjoys spending his time drinking beer while doing pushups. He is the one that got Zane into the marathons.
Zane's brother, Worldbook Jim. WBJ is so named for the fact that he knows everything, much like the encyclopedia.

Zane is a recovering alcoholic.
