[edit] Plot summary

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Josh invites Mindy to a movie night at his house. After he invites her, Eric reenacts "The Wu-Chu Fist of Silence" from a kung-fu movie (called "The Dragons of Death") he and Craig are talking about. He accidentally punches Drake in the eye and knocks him out. At the movie night, Mindy comes over with a boy who Drake thinks is her boyfriend; he immediately tells Josh. The next day at school some kids tease Drake about his black-eye. They tell him that they heard that he was making fun of Eric's sister, so Eric punched him in the face. Drake then tells Eric about the rumor and Eric reassures him that he will make sure everyone knows it was an accident. At the Premiere Theater, Josh sees Mindy and her "supposed" boyfriend talking to some friends. He then asks Mindy to talk to him and he and Mindy get into a fight. Also, Drake sees Eric telling his new friends and his new girlfriend a story that he punched Drake on purpose. Drake tells him to start telling the truth but Eric says he is finally popular and that he won't tell the truth. The next day at school Drake gets a note to meet someone at the dumpster behind the cafeteria at midnight to stop Eric's lies. Drake turns up and Craig turns out to be the one who wrote the note. He tells Drake that Eric is a pacifist, someone who refuses to fight, and if he insults Eric in front of a bunch of people, he won't fight back. At the Premiere Theater, Mindy teases Josh with telling her "supposed" boyfriend, Chad, to tell her and some friends about stories when he met Oprah Winfrey. Meanwhile, Drake insults Eric's sister and his new friends tell him to to kick Drake's butt. Eric refuses and tells his friends that it was all an accident. Then, while showing everyone the karate move, he accidentally hits a girl, and is considered a jerk. Drake becomes popular again, and ends up singing with Craig and Eric. Mindy comes to the house and tells Josh that Chad is not her boyfriend but her cousin who just moved here from St. Louis so she has been showing him around. Mindy and Josh end up kissing.
