Eric Owens (baseball)

Eric Blake Owens (born February 3, 1971, in Danville, Virginia) is a former Major League Baseball utility player. He is an alumnus of Ferrum College.
Drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 4th round of the 1992 MLB amateur draft, Owens would make his Major League Baseball debut with the Cincinnati Reds on June 6, 1995.
He currently serves as the hitting coach for the Cedar Rapids Kernels.
