Eric Nystrom (born February 14, 1983 in Syosset, New York) is an ice hockey left winger and the son of former National Hockey League player Bob Nystrom.

He is currently one of the top prospects for the Calgary Flames.

Nystrom made his NHL debut on October 10, 2005, against the Colorado Avalanche.

He split his 2005-06 season between the Calgary Flames and the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights of the AHL.

Nystrom attended the Calgary Flames training camp in 2006, but suffered a shoulder injury. Once he recovered, he was re-assigned to Omaha, but played in only six November games before missing several months of play.

Nystrom is Jewish.[1]
