[edit] Special Courses
For grades 8 and 9, Hamber offers a challenge program for gifted students in four subjects examined provincially - English, Social Studies, Science, and Mathematics. These challenge courses allow students to complete the material for grades 8 through 10 and more within two years. This programme has allowed many students to graduate secondary school early. There are also French advanced programs for grades 8 to 10. For grades 11 through 12, Hamber has a wide variety of Advanced Placement courses recognised throughout North America.
