Eric's Extension

Eric's Extension is a variant of the popular three-ball juggling trick Mills Mess. Mills Mess is a three-ball cascade juggled while the hands cross one way, then the other. Eric Uhrhane, the inventor of the trick, extended this idea. When juggling this trick you cross over your arms, then cross them again so your top arm's hand is tucked under the opposite arm. Since the arms and wrists must be very flexible to cross two times, this is a hard trick to pull off smoothly and simply impossible for some people with larger arms. When juggled well the pattern is as smooth as Mills Mess.
