Eragon I

Eragon I was the first dragon rider in the Eragon book series. Not much has been revealed, except for the fact that Eragon I had a white male dragon called Bid'duam and is an elf, unlike Eragon Shadeslayer who has a blue female dragon called Saphira. In some ways Eragon I and Eragon Shadeslayer are simular, as they both raised their dragons in secret beofre revealing to tha world that they were magically bonded with a dragon.

It hasn't yet been made clear if Eragon I had the same kind of bond as Eragon and Saphira does, as the bonding spell between elves and dragons was made after Eragon's I dragon hatched.
