Epifanio Guerrero is a baseball scout from the Dominican Republic. He had signed more than 35 Major Leagues players for the Houston Astros, New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays and Milwaukee Brewers. He is considered to signed more bigleaguers than any other scout, including, José Uribe, Silvestre Campusano, Dámaso García, Tony Fernández, José Mesa, Nelson Liriano, Tony Castillo, Junior Félix, Carlos Delgado, Kelvim Escobar and Abraham Núñez.
