The picture is from EPCOT Center's opening day. It shows:
- Spaceship Earth without the wand
- The glass sculpture on top of a fountain (the sculpture was removed in 1999)
- Dancers in jumpsuits, choreographing to the song "We've Just Begun to Dream"
- People playing trumpets to the song "We've Just Begun to Dream"
- People holding up plastic banners with the symbol of EPCOT Center
- Many sets of balloons floating away

This image is a scan of a 100 Years of Magic collectible card that shows Spaceship Earth on opening day. I think it is fair to use it in the article (and probably the Epcot article) because it represents the most important day of Spaceship Earth's (and Epcot's) history: the opening. It is very hard to find any images pertaining to EPCOT Center's opening day, I don't think there will be a free image anytime soon.
Also:
- the image is only being used for informational purposes.
- inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because it shows the subject of this article and how the event depicted was very historically significant to the general public.
