Enver Petrovci

Enver Petrovci (b. February 28, 1954 in Priština, then part of Yugoslavia) is an Albanian actor, writer and director. He went to high school in Priština and completed acting school in Belgrade.
His acting in ex-Yugoslavia during that time was a shining symbol for theatre. He played as Hamlet, Macbeth, Julius Cesar and other famous Shakespeare characters. After Milosevic's repression of Kosovo in 1990, he and other Kosovar actors left Belgrade to continue their career in Kosovo. He is an honored and respected artist, one of the founders of the Dodona Theatre and the Acting School in Priština.
