Entrust Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTU, http://www.entrust.com/), headquartered in Addison, Texas, is a publicly traded Internet security company that offers a range of solutions that include multifactor authentication, fraud detection, secure messaging, disk security, SSL certificate and public key infrastructure(PKI).

Entrust’s and helps compliance with information security and government regulations. Employs a staff of 500 in more than 20 countries. Revenue of $98.1 million in 2005. Board has 7 directors. Chairman, President & CEO is F. William (Bill) Conner^[1].
