Entertainment Software Association v. Foti is a lawsuit brought by the Entertainment Software Association in June 2006 to have Louisiana law HB1381 struck down as unconstitutional.

Judge Brady issued a preliminary injuction on 2006-08-24[1]

Jack Thompson, author of HB1381, filed an amicus curiae brief. It was rejected.

The law was permanently enjoined in late November 2006.
