[edit] Synopsis

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Paige makes a major blunder when carelessly mixing potions for Piper while secretly wishing she could be in Phoebe's shoes training for combat, and ends up actually switching bodies with Phoebe. While the two sisters try to reverse the spell and struggle to harness each other's powers, they must battle a Zen Master's powerful disciple who has turned evil against his mentor and opened up a portal between two worlds.

[edit] Trivia

  • The title of this episode is a play on words to the Bruce Lee film Enter the Dragon.
  • The WB also used the title Witch Body Is Which? for this episode in advertisements.
  • Cole teaches Phoebe how to use a sword in this episode.
  • When Piper and the Zen Master switch bodies and Yen-Lo uses the dragon blade to steal Piper's soul, the Zen Master's image is shown as a vizualization of the soul, but it should be Piper's image instead.
  • Piper gets her soul sucked out, which would be her fourth death.
  • Cole figured out that Phoebe and Paige switched bodies and kissed Phoebe (in Paige's body).
  • Although it is not mentioned, we can assume that the Zen Master and An-Ling are Chinese (Yen-Lo is played as Korean), because most of the story happened in Chinatown. However, when Yen-Lo and An Ling fought, they used a Japanese Katana sword.
  • At the end of this episode, Paige and Piper said Angelica is mostly use to flavor fish, while actually the root of Angelica sinensis is a very common herbal medicine for chinese and also the natives of Lapland use Angelica archangelica stalks as medicine too.
  • Although the title of this episode has the word "Demon" in it, Yen-Lo is not specified as a Demon, but more as a Zen student gone rogue. The only demon that occurs in this episode is Cole, whom thet aren't opposing.

[edit] International titles

  • French: La balade des âmes
  • German: Der Mann mit dem Drachendolch (The man with the Dragon Blade)
  • Spanish: Entra el demonio
