Ensparc as an organisation was registered in August 2004, in Bangalore, India. The founders of Ensparc had started out with a motive of generating revenue for the realisation of what they called Soul Goal of Ensparc. The organisation had primarily two main revenue sources:

one being a national electronic magazine called SparcCD and
the other being software and web development for local clients and over the internet.

Till today, Ensparc has been able to donate a small amount of its low earnings from SparcCD to a Rural Reconstruction Society in Nizamabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
