Alfonso Enrique Ponce Martínez (born 8th December 1971) Chiva, Valencia, Spain also known as Enrique Ponce is a famous Spanish bullfighter.

His first made his public appearence in 10th august 1986 in the Plaza De Toros in Baeza (Jaen). Some of his early debut appearences were in 9th march 1988 in castellon with Curro Trillo and Jose Luis Torres when he was a Novillero. He began in the Escuela Taurina de Valencia, until he went into the public in 86 in Baeza.
He perfonrmed for 10 years and over 100 corridas. In the Plaza De Toros in Seville Enrique Ponce may have been the firt bullfighter to cut a tail since 1971. A Novillero is a young bullfighter that is usially very young some as young as 16 years old and are starting out to hopefully begin a long career.
