Engineer (degree)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The degree of Engineer (abbreviation: Eng) is an academic degree granted by the California Institute of Technology upon completion of some of the requirements for the (much more common) PhD degree. Typically, only a very small number of students graduate with this degree each year, and no students are admitted with the degree of Engineer as their stated degree objective.
