Engel Publishing Partners is a provider of business and marketing information to the $350 billion dollar worldwide pharmaceutical industry. The company publishes well-established business magazines including Med Ad News and R&D Directions. In addition, it publishes the online database product, eKnowledgebase. The editors also create special reports, such as "Top 200 Brands", "Top 50 Pharmaceutical Companies" and "Health-care Advertising Agencies & Their Rosters."
The stated corporate mission is to be a leading provider of business, marketing, and clinical research information to the pharmaceutical industry. The company started in 1982, is based in Newtown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and employs approximately 40 people. The CEO is Jim Hannon and the CFO is Lisa Aberman. Weekly enewsletters include Product Marketing Weekly; Drugs in Development Weekly; Drug Approvals and Filings Weekly; Products, Deals, and Launches Weekly; and Trial Results Weekly. Engel also publishes enewsletters that cover news and events in the cancer, cardiovascular, central nervous system, pain and inflammation and anti-infectives therapeutic categories.
