[edit] Jargon survey

  • esophageal foreign body impaction
  • at the end of the scope or at the end of orogastric tubes
    • (In this case, you could check whether there is an appropriate article to link to, or create a stub.)
  • Consider rewording this. Foreign bodies are not usually left in there anyway, are they?
    • Foreign bodies should not remain in the esophagus for greater than 24 hours because of a high risk of complication.

[edit] Nice pictures

The pictures are awesome. The article could use a little cosmetic care and buffing but looks pretty good overall. Do you think it's worth including something on removal of rectal foreign bodies? MastCell 05:05, 24 August 2006 (UTC)

Was on my to-do list for some time; there's far less evidence for colonoscopic retrieval though -- Samir धर्म 11:10, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
