I don't know about this, why is a voice over of a article being done by a outside site and not a normal wikipedia user. Futhermore, i couldn't convert this into MP3 which makes me wonder if the file is encoded so it can't be tampered.

Since the audio file was licensed under the GFDL, I've removed the advertisement/plug from the beginning and end of the file. I recompressed it at the same compression setting as the original (Ogg Vorbis compression level 5), and fortunately the quality difference is hardly discernable.
