[edit] Kevin Ray elected as Councilor for a day
During the Leadership Traning Seminar officiated by the City of Cebu last September 16, 2006, Kevin Ray Chua of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School was elected as Cebu City South Councilor with an overwhelming majority, held in Holiday Plaza Hotel.
Last September 20, 2006, Kevin Ray Chua together with the elected Youth City Councilors and Youth City Department Heads, had a courtesy call with Cebu City Vice-Mayor Mike Rama, sworn-in by the latter as Youth City Councilors, observed the proceedings of the City Council and ending the day with a courtesy call with Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña.
This September 25, 2006, he will formally sit as a Youth City Councilor for a day with assuming his office. Later that day, he will attend the mock session to be held in the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cebu City from 2:30 to 4:00 P.M..
[edit] Kevin Ray bags 1st prize in STEP Contest
Kevin Ray Chua won the recently held STEP Contest in Abellana National High School bagging the first prize for Homepage Development.
He will be joining other winners in Siquijor in the Regional STEP Contest this October 25-27, 2006.
Other winners in the DVRMNHS contingent were the following:

[edit] Kevin Ray elected as Editor-in-Chief of Pen Refelections
Kevin Ray Chua was unanimously elected as Editor-in-Chief of Pen Reflections, the official publication of Don Vicente Rama Memorial National High School last September 23, 2006 during a meeting held in the faculty of Mrs. Diosdarlina Cabreros
