Empty is the second studio album by American rock band Aero. The album was released in September 2001 on Century Media. It was their first nationwide and international release and is considered by many to be one of their best albums.

In early 2002 the band was threatened with a lawsuit from the band Tait for using the same title as an album by that band, Empty. No action was taken but Alex Bainer was quoted as saying: "those Godsquad assholes think that they own the right to a word... It doesn't work that way"
