Emmet Sullivan

Emmet Sullivan, born in Montana in 1895, was the sculptor of the 5 dinosaurs in Dinosaur Park - Rapid City, SD. Dinosaur Park was dedicated on May 22, 1936. Sullivan also worked on Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, and the Apatosaurus (formerly Brontosaurus) at Wall Drug was his creation as well. He sculpted the Christ of the Ozarks statue in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and the dinosaurs in "Dinosaur World" in Beaver, Arkansas.
