Wellington's premiere motion picture viewing gallery and home to the Ergonomically Designed Facilities.

Host to the World Premiere of the Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. Wellington was turned into middle earth for this event, which included a red carpet down Courtney Place (Wellingtons main street), hobbits and thousands of spectators.

As a result of cultural heritage trusts as well as support from New Zealand's leading director, Peter Jackson, the Embassy was subject to an immense rennovation project prior to the premiere in order to return the grandious building to its former self. Innovations included new leather armchair seating.
