Embarrcadero Circle, a re-development project in the Columbia district of downtown San Diego, California, is scheduled to open in 2010 and will include an additional cruise ship terminal and two hotels. The hotels include a 27-story Marriott hotel with 500 rooms and a 20,000 sq. ft. concert venue, and a 16-story Ritz-Carlton with 250 rooms.[1] Embarrcadero Circle will be located north of the Navy Broadway Complex[2] and will border the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan to the east.
