The image ELT AzureMoon.jpg, originally found as 113.jpg, is copyrighted. However, it is being used in the Azure moon article claiming Fair use because I (ReyBrujo) believe it is covered by US laws:

  1. There are no free versions available.
  2. The image has an extremely low resolution, preventing usage that many affect the copyright holder from exercising its own rights over the image.
  3. It is used to visually describe the album which is the main topic of the article.
