Elpídio Pereira da Silva Filho

Elpídio Pereira da Silva Filho (born July 19, 1975) also simply known as Silva, is a Brazilan footballer who plays in the role of a striker. His most productive period was with Boavista FC as part of the championship squad of 2000-2001 season. He was also significant for Boavista during the UEFA champions league and UEFA cup spells from 2000-2003. His traits are good ball control, striking positioning and heading. However, he is somewhat portly. In late February 2007, he signed with China Super League side Liaoning F.C..
