Elmadağ (District), Ankara

Elmadağ is a district of Ankara Province of Turkey,
Elmadağ is a small mountain 45km from the cıty of Ankara on the road to Kırıkkale. Ankara people go here for picnics and to learn to ski or snowboard (although snow is not always reliable). There are hotels, student accommodation, cafes and places selling sausage sandwiches and other apres-ski food.
