I was about to move the page and create a dab. Reason: There's an Elkins High School in Elkins, West Virginia. Instead of doing this immediately, I propose two possible renames:

1. Rename to "Elkins High School (Texas)", and then create a dab including a red link for "Elkins High School (West Virginia)"
2. Rename to full name of "Lawrence E. Elkins High School"

There's no need to add a disambiguation page until someone wants to write an article on the West Virginia school. At that time, the first option is probably the best if it's the most common name for the school. Either way, you can add a redirect from Lawrence E.
