Elizabeth Stefan (born 13 May 1895) is an American supercentenarian of Hungarian descent. She is currently one of the official oldest people in the world: as of March 2007 only 23 validated living persons were born prior to her. [1]

Born in Hungary, Stefan emigrated to the United States in 1913. She is believed to be the oldest Hungarian ever. Stefan is living in Connecticut. Her 111th birthday was celebrated in a nursing home in Norwalk in 2006.
