Elizabeth Skinner (January 29, 1967), nickname Hephzibah Kibroth-hattaavah, or simply Beth, is one of the founding members of the Baltimore Urban Debate League. She currently serves as faculty liaison for the league, and has held it since the foundation of the league in 1999.
She was born in Kansas, and attended Garden City High School in Garden City, Kansas. She has also attended the University of Kansas, Missouri State, and Wayne State.
She is also Assistant Director and one of the coaching staff of Towson University's debate team.
