Ensign Elizabeth Cutler was a fictional character on the television series Star Trek: Enterprise, played by Kellie Waymire.

Cutler appeared for the first time in the early first season episode Strange New World. She was shown as a crewmember with a specialized area of research. Later, in Two Days and Two Nights, she served as acting ship's doctor while Dr. Phlox was in hibernation.

A popular character with fans, Cutler expressed an attraction to Phlox in the second episode she appeared in, Dear Doctor, something the doctor did not discourage given the open nature of marriage on his home planet. However, this was only touched on once and was never mentioned again, as there was no indication of any kind of romance during the character's final on-screen appearance in Two Days and Two Nights (due to Phlox being either asleep or displaying erratic behavior throughout most of the episode).

The character of Cutler is mentioned but not seen during the second and third seasons, this due to Waymire being unable to appear on the show due to commitments with other series, although both the actress and Enterprise producers expressed an interest in Cutler returning. In November 2003, Waymire died of cardiac arrhythmia. The fate of Cutler was never revealed in the series, although the character is mentioned in dialogue during season 3.

In the Star Trek Expanded Universe, Cutler appeared in several original novels based upon the series, and was a central character in the first original Enterprise novel By the Book which showed her running a Dungeons & Dragons-style role-playing game aboard Enterprise.
