Elisabeth Kammer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Elisabeth Kammer (1918–) was a Nazi war criminal. In 1944 she came to Ravensbruck as an Aufseherin. Soon the SS promoted her to Kommandofuhrerin for her willingness to show no mercy to the camp's female inmates. Her main task was escorting prisoners in the camp to nearby factories to fulfill slave labor quotas. If the woman did not accomplish this then she was punished by Elisabeth or sent to the camp's bunker. Elisabeth has never been prosecuted by the Allies for Nazi war crimes.
