Elinor Bennett (born April 1943 in Llanidloes) is a Welsh harpist.

Elinor Bennett is the wife of Plaid Cymru politician Dafydd Wigley. Two of the couple's four children died of a genetic condition.

As a harpist, she is one of the foremost performers in the world. She has recorded 12 solo albums, and is one of the organisers of the Wales International Harp Festival. She also runs an annual "Harp College".
