Eli Whitney's Flesh Eating Mistake is the first episode of Time Squad.

[edit] Plot summary

The story follows a light-bulb-head orphan, named Otto Osworth, who is under the watchful eye of the nasty nun of the School for Wayward Tots, named Sister Thornly, who treats him badly for reading history books. Otto soon finds his ticket out of the orphanage, by using his knowledge of history to talk time cop Buck Tuddrussel and his robot Larry into abducting him. He is suddenly zapped to the satellite and to Eli Whitney's time where they must convince him to invent the cotton gin, not the flesh-eating robot.

• Larry 3000's voice actor is the famed Mark Hamill, who's famous for doing Luke Skywalker in the original Star Wars trilogy.

• In one scene, when Tuddrussel was screwing Larry's head on his body (after being beaten up by the farmers), nobody's expression stays the same when Tuddrussel says, "Hey, you watch who you're calling a 'robot lover'" and uses Larry's head to point at the farmer who kept calling the Time Squad "flesh-eating robot lovers" (this goof goes by very quickly, but if you tape the show and have slow motion or freeze frame on your VCR, it can be seen).
