Oatley is an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales, originally created for one term between 1927 and 1930 and held by Mark Gosling, previously representing St George and later Kogarah. It has been recreated for the 2007 election largely replacing the abolished district of Georges River; it is held by the former member for Georges River, Kevin Greene.

The 2004 redistribution of electoral districts estimated that the electoral district would have 49,240 electors on 29 April 2007.[1]
