El Torito

El Torito (Spanish for "the little bull") is a Mexican restaurant chain located in California, Arizona, Oregon, Indiana and Japan. Its headquarters are in Cypress, California.
Other parts of the company include Acapulco Mexican Restaurant and Cantina and Chevy's.
According to legend, the El Torito CD/DVD extension to ISO 9660 gained its name because its design originated in an El Torito restaurant in Irvine, California.
