El Salvador Apertura 2006–07 is the opening season of Primera División de Fútbol Profesional, the first division national football league in El Salvador. It followed the El Salvador Clausura 2006 season. The winner will compete in the 2007 UNCAF Club Tournament. The league's games started August 12 and it finished on December 17.
