El Alma Al Aire is Spanish singer Alejandro Sanz's fifth studio album. It won 4 Latin Grammy Awards on the 2nd. Annual Latin Grammy Awards ceremony, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for the song El Alma Al Aire, Album of the Year and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for the album. Also grabbed another nomination for Best Music Video Short Form the music video of the first single Cuando Nadie Me Ve.

On the 43rd. Annual Grammy Awards was nominated on the Best Latin Pop Album field, losing to MTV Unplugged by Shakira. Sanz, also performed live on the 2001 Grammy Awards along with Destiny's Child his single Quisiera Ser....
