Dwight D. Eisenhower High School, or DDE, is a public four-year high school located in Blue Island, Illinois, a southern suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is part of Community High School District 218 along with sister schools Alan B. Shepard High School and Harold L. Richards High School.
Eisenhower is an extremely diverse school with a balanced student body of caucasian, Hispanic and African-American students. Eisenhower serves students from the communities of Blue Island, Robbins, Alsip, Merrionette Park and Garden Homes.
Recent alumni have moved on to Harvard, MIT, Loyola University, University of Illinois, and many local state schools and community colleges.
