Edward J. Sabol is a senior programmer/analyst with Science Systems and Applications, Inc., working on-site at NASA/Goddard Space Flight Center, and a member of the HEASARC programming team. In January 1995, he moved to Maryland from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an M.Sc. (1994) and a B.Sc. (1992) in physics. His areas of expertise at work include Perl/ C/ C++/Fortran programming, Web development, database administration and interfacing, and client-server programming.
In his spare time, Ed enjoys playing volleyball, going to the movies, listening to music (especially attending live concerts), shooting pool, and spending time with his friends. He's also a very big fan of Star Wars.
