Edward Steers, Jr.

Edward Steers, Jr. is an American historian specializing in the assassination of President Abraham Lincoln. [1] Steers worked as a research scientist at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda for thirty years until he retired in 1994 and started a new career as a writer. He is the author of a number of books, including Blood on the Moon: The Assassination of Abraham Lincoln, The "Quotable" Lincoln and Lincoln: A Pictorial History.
