Edward H. Gibson was a United States Army sergeant awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor for actions during the Philippine-American War. He was awarded the Medal for the same action as Corporal Antoine Gaujot. Sergeant Gibson is buried in the Golden Gate National Cemetry, San Bruno San Mateo California California.
