[edit] Merge with Kentucky Education Reform Act

Support. Education in Kentucky is a much broader and comprehensive article of which KERA is a small (but important) part of. One addition I would suggest is more information on the 'performance events'. Although it has been a few years, I remember when Brown Middle (a part of the Brown School) in Louisville was one of the highest scoring schools in the state, but at the same time was labeled as under performing because it had not scored as high as it had done in the past.
