[edit] Summary

This image taken from the Bolivian governments website on their presidents at: http://www.presidencia.gov.bo/Presidentes_Bolivia/pr64.htm As the Bolivian government does not place pictures of their elected officials in the public domain no free image of this president could be found. It is important to the article as it illustrates its subject. It is not conceivable how use of this image could negatively affect the finance of the Bolivian government.
