Edonis according to my credible reference, signified a Bacchanale made up exclusively or mostly of women celebrants. If that's wrong, I pass on the blame. Alexander 007 03:39, 18 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Is there a connection between Edonis and Adonis?

Furthermore, here is a quote from the Wikipedia LYDIA article:

Lydia is close to Magdonia / Macedonia... is there a possible connection between the Itones and Edonis?
